0 We are thrilled to announce that after over 2 years worth of work we have achieved planning approval from Basildon Council at last weeks planning committee for our new residential scheme at the former Reid’s nightclub in Billericay.
The scheme will deliver 32 one and two bedroom apartments which will begin the exciting next chapter of this disused brownfield site within the conservation area.
Particular emphasis was placed by members on the high quality design and sympathetic materials proposed for the development and bringing the building back into purpose.
